Blending a passion of dedication and tenacity, Delilah Renegar, DC has been practicing internal medicine since 1989. Yet, her life-long dream of becoming a doctor started early on, proven by her first copy of Grey’s Anatomy – purchased at 10 years old!
Today, Dr. Renegar’s devotion to healthcare and wellness lifestyle thrives on at Aligned Modern Health where she leads the growing scope of Functional Medicine and Clinical Nutrition. Committed to empowered health, Dr. Renegar believes that nothing is more sacred than the doctor-patient relationship that is honored through Functional Medicine and personalized medicine.
Dr. Renegar earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Central Florida, Orlando, graduating with honors. She received her medical degree, Summa Cum Laude, at University of Arts, Science and Technology and her chiropractic medicine degree at the National University of Health Science (where she was awarded the Joseph Janse “Outstanding Graduate” award).
Prior to joining the Aligned Modern Health team as the Director of Functional Medicine in 2019, Dr. Renegar was in private practice in the far western suburbs of Chicago. In addition to her current role at Aligned Modern Health, she has served as President on the Council on Nutrition for the American Chiropractic Association. Dr. Renegar also serves on the post-doctoral faculty of both National University of Health Sciences and the University of Western States, and is a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Her special interests include preventive health, education and motivation.

Dr. MaryAnne Dimak is an Associate Professor in the Clinical Sciences Department at Parker University. Prior to Parker, she and her husband Cody owned and operated an active-care and rehabilitation-focused practice in California.
In 2018, they relocated to be closer to their families and found opportunities to transition to the academic environment at Parker. Since joining the movement at Parker, she’s been heavily involved in supporting student organizations, mentorship, research, and has received awards including the 2020 Recognized Faculty of the Year Award, the 2023 TeacHER of the Year Award, and the 2024 Distinguished Educator of the Year Award. She teaches Functional Assessment, Patient Management, and Multimodal Rehabilitation of the Prenatal and Postpartum and has been heavily involved in integrating more active care and functional movement principles in the curriculum and throughout the Parker community of students and clinicians.

Dr. Kliethermes joined Logan University in 2021 as a faculty clinician where she mentors interns at the beginning of their clinical careers, assisting with critical thinking, clinical diagnosis, treatment plans, billing and coding. She introduces them to the clinical environment and helps to bring all the knowledge they have acquired together to formulate a treatment plan and carry out appropriate treatment for patients. Since January 2024, she has overseen the Women’s Health Specialty Clinic at Montgomery Health Center Logan University. This is the first Women’s Health Specialty rotation at a chiropractic institution in the country and is open to Trimester 8-10 interns. The specialty clinic has seen interesting cases and helps educate the interns in networking and preceptor opportunities in Women’s Health.
Dr. Kliethermes earned her doctor of chiropractic and her Bachelor of Science in Human Anatomy from Parker University in 1998.
Her background includes owning and operating her own chiropractic practice, working as an independent contractor and associate. She has also taught in higher education for the past 18 years.

Dr. Jessie Young is a Pediatric and Perinatal Chiropractor and IBCLC with 10 years of experience but new to the Olympia community! She works closely with other healthcare professionals providing comprehensive and collaborative care. As part of a family’s health care team, Dr. Young helps resolve musculoskeletal issues leading to breastfeeding difficulties including neck tension, TMJ dysfunction, tongue and lip ties, torticollis, cranial bone asymmetries and painful latch. She also provides pre and post-frenotomy/frenectomy care to resolve musculoskeletal issues contributing to tongue and lip ties. Providers and patients rely on Dr. Young for her comprehensive diagnostic and treatment approaches, including gentle chiropractic adjustments, therapeutic exercise, soft tissue, Webster and craniosacral techniques.

Kelsey Nibbelink obtained her Master’s in Infant Mental Health at Mills College (2018). Kelsey has an academic and professional background in infant and early childhood development and maternal caregiving practices. Her areas of expertise include infants’ psychological and neurophysiological development, infant-caregiver attachment relationships, behavioral disorganization, caregiving dysregulation, attachment trauma, and perinatal loss.

Dr. Nichelle Gurule, the owner of Gaia Health, is from Colorado and met her husband Dr. Antonio Gurule at the University of Colorado at Boulder before moving out to California for graduate school at Palmer College of Chiropractic.
Her chiropractic journey began in the hospital working in an integrative setting at a Department of Defense Hospital at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, treating wounded warriors, she then transitioned into working in a sports chiropractic setting, before she began her own practice and put her focus into her true passion of women and family health.
When people describe her they often use the words motivated and passionate, which couldn’t be truer. The things in life that she is most passionate about is her work in the health care world with women and children, along with her roles as a mother and wife.
Her family loves to be active! You can find them at the gym (or in our garage gym), on bike rides, hikes, neighborhood walks, and paddleboarding. They love the outdoors and are so grateful they live in Colorado where the weather and scenery are so beautiful.

As a mother of two children who struggled with severe tongue ties and numerous other breastfeeding challenges, Dr. Leighton’s personal experiences have guided her to the type of clinical practice that she has today.
Always striving to provide the best care for her patients, Dr. Leighton has completed several post-doctoral programs focused on lactation, airway health, and oral motor rehabilitation. She is passionate about physiological birth, breast feeding, collaborative care, and of course, chiropractic!
She is a member of the ACA Pediatric Council and Executive Board, International Affiliation of Tongue-Tie Professionals, a Breathe Institute Ambassador, and works closely with pediatric dentists, other IBCLCs, SLPs, and myo-functional therapists to provide comprehensive support for the families that she cares for.
Dr. Leighton is a graduate of National University of Health Sciences and currently practices in SW Michigan.

Heather Ratych is a reproductive and perinatal mental health specialist with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, birth trauma, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and parenting challenges. Her own experiences with difficulty conceiving, undiagnosed postpartum anxiety, and medical trauma fueled her passion for this work.
Heather is the Owner and Clinical Director of Bloom Psychotherapy, a Canada-wide virtual reproductive and perinatal mental health clinic. She also provides specialized reproductive and perinatal coaching for individuals outside of Canada, as well as consultation, training, and mentorship for clinicians working with the perinatal population. Through her foundational course, Understanding Perinatal Mental Health, she helps practitioners build confidence in supporting perinatal clients.
A sought-after speaker and educator, Heather is committed to advancing the field of perinatal mental health by equipping clinicians with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Dr. Sarah Tirimacco was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She graduated with honors from The University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York College of Chiropractic. As co-owner of Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic, she provides quality chiropractic and wellness care, including pregnant and postpartum patients, athletes, and their families in the Rochester community. She is specialty trained as a pregnancy chiropractor and has extensive training in postpartum care.

Dr. Brendan McCann grew up in New Hampshire, and attended New York Chiropractic College with the vision of bringing integrative, multidisciplinary musculoskeletal care to northern New England. Experiences in cardiac rehabilitation, geriatric health, and employee fitness inspired his studies. Specialty training as a Primary Spine Practitioner in Providence, RI, led to his passion for modern spine care and rehabilitation.

Georgia Nab, DC, MS, CNS believes the key to health lies within each of us, and works to help support and restore optimal health to her patients. She uses the idea of one degree of change having a compounding effect on our health, and works with her patients in making small, incremental changes in their health to move the patient into a more positive direction. Lifestyle changes, nutrition, movement, sleep, structural, and mindfulness are all incorporated into her treatment protocols, individualized for each patient.

Dr. Katherine Greenwood has been delivering highly customized, leading edge coaching and consulting services to hundreds of individual clients and professional organizations for over two decades. Katherine’s tailored, targeted, and attentive approach creates a synergistic client-coach partnership that deepens the coaching journey and maximizes desired results.
In addition to her extensive coaching career, Katherine’s employment experience includes work as an attorney in corporations and international law firms; as an adjunct law professor, and as a mediator and ombudsman.
Katherine earned her Doctorate and Masters of Arts degrees from Pacifica Graduate Institute. Her doctoral work focused on the intersection of somatic and archetypal psychology. Katherine attended Tulane University School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctorate. She obtained a Bachelors of Art in Sociology at Tulane University.

Later, she graduated as Valedictorian from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, Minnesota, accomplishing both her Doctor of Chiropractic and her Acupuncture Certification.
Today, Dr. Sarah is one of the few chiropractors in Wyoming specializing in the treatment of infants, children, and pregnant women. Her approach to patient care centers around three crucial beliefs:
